This article is about all of the gangs that are in el salvador. There are a lot of gangs in many countries but they have the most. They are the #1 murder capital in the world. In this article they go deep into what the gangs are like and the things they do. They also talk about the families that are affected and the way they handle it. They government of the country is trying to stop it because it is obviously a very bad thing that is happening in their country.
I think that the government should try and find a better, more effective way of taking care of all of the gangs that are there. It is a little ridiculous at how many gangs there are just in one city and how the government and law enforcement can't handle it.
This ties into the culture of the country because there are many reputations that can happen with them. Also a lot of the cultures that are there could be affected by all of the gangs because the gangs most likely dont get along with each other. And you could kind of say that the gangs are kind of part of the culture. This is important to the culture of the country because if there was a very powerful gang they could take over a culture and possibly make it go away, depending on how powerful they truly are.
